COASTLINE TOURIST COMPLEX 1992
BISIS, Hilly beach, LIBYA

This is one of the largest tourist complexes in the Middle East.

The recreational facilities include:-

Mini golf course and golf club, Horse racing, and Olympic-sized swimming pool.

Outdoor sports courts such as tennis, volleyball, basketball, and football.

Track and field events.

Indoor Gymnasium.

Water sliding complex and other water sports such as sailing and skiing.

The housing facilities are divided into three types. The first and largest comprises multi-story apartments. These consist of some six hundred units.

The second type of housing consists of different-sized bungalows. Around 150 of these take up the whole west side of the site with children’s playgrounds, roads, parking, and restaurants included. Ordinary apartments in the center of the complex make up the third type of housing.

Complementary facilities include different types of shopping along the whole of the complex. A separate area for housing administrative and maintenance staff lies close to the entrance, along with a petrol station and local bus station.

BAGHDAD - ALDORA , IRAQ

The initial design of a housing complex project in the Al Dora area approximately (235 000) square meters, (2000) housing units with designs of the service buildings (markets, schools, mosque, rooms, auditorium, shopping mall) and designs the networks of basic services (Electricity, Water, Sewage) with the design of buildings from the outside and detailed sections.

Al Oud Villa
